This privacy policy applies to www.educationpartners.com, owned and our Student Solution applications operated by Education Partners, LLC. Education Partners, LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy policy is intended to inform you about how we collect, use, share and protect your information. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Education Partners, LLC.

Education Partners, LLC is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.  Education Partners, LLC complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

 

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Education Partners, LLC is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.  In certain situations, Education Partners, LLC may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Information Collected

We collect personal information about you through our web site, www.educationpartners.com, when you explicitly provide this information in connection with one of the services Education Partners, LLC provides, such as when you voluntarily provide us information to request a product demo, submit an online inquiry or leave a comment on our blog. Our Use of Information

Education Partners, LLC collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Education Partners, LLC works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information is collected.

Customers of Education Partners, LLC’s Client who wish to no longer be contacted should contact the institution directly.

 

Education Partners, LLC may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.

 

Education Partners, LLC has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to Education Partners, LLC’s Client (the data controller). If the Client request Education Partners, LLC to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

 

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Education Partners, LLC will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
